Mugen: Vulture

The Vulture is a super villain and is one of Spider-man's greatest foes. I love the idea of an elderly, but genius guy who makes a harness so that he can fly. Unfortunately, he uses his new-found power to hurt others. There are 2 versions of the character. Here is the chart:

I like the Hobgoblin and Wucash version the most. He has more special moves, cooler animation, and more sounds than the other version. I think it may be one of the better Spider-man foes done in Mugen.
