The Joker is Batman's most dangerous enemy. I'm sure someone could get a Ph.D. exploring the psychological underpinnings of the Batman/Joker rivalry, but let's just say the Joker's nuts and move on. He dosen't really have a goal other than proving that the only logical solution to the problems of society is to give in to chaos and be insane. Other than that, he cares about staying alive. Anyone else's life means nothing to him. I have found about 3 versions of him on the internet.

In my Chart above, the second Joker is based off the look of the Batman Animated series. His moves are more cartoony and humorous, but no less than deadly. The other 2 versions are very similar. The main differences are that the MarvelvsDCU version has a squirting flower and you can make you opponent trip by tossing a fish on the ground in front of him/her. They both throw cards like throwing stars and they draw a lot of blood. Hear is my video test of him:
