So who would overwhelm who? Cyclop's optic blasts vs Superman's Heat vision. I'm not sure how Cyclops could win because I doubt his optic beams could hurt Superman, but I think they can stop/block Superman's heat vision. I(t would be a great fight, but I think ultimately Superman would win.
