Download him from the Infinity Mugen Team Forums. There are almost no words to describe how truly perfect this character really is for mugen. My favorite moves is all the different moves you can use. I can't wait to put this one up against Rorschach and Alucard's Batman.

I don't know Apoc personally, but I think it's unreasonable to degrade his work. You are welcome to your opinion but this version of Punisher is a lot of fun to play.
