Survive This: Snake Eyes

Snake Eyes is my favorite character from GI Joe. I mean ninja are cool. Beyond dispute. This character if fun for me because it is Snake Eyes but not because it's the most complete character I have obtained, I decided to try it in Survival mode and I had a blast! IK need a lot more practice however.

Grudge Match: Snake Eyes vs Solid Snake

Here is another example of how fun I think Mugen really is. Imagine Snake Eyes verses Solid Snake in a one-on-one fight. In my opinion, Snake Eyes would win in a real fight because Snake Eyes is a ninja! Here is a video of the fight. Both combatants are computer controlled at AI level 4.

Grudge Match: Snake Eyes vs Dead Pool

I wondered...who would win in a fight Dead pool or Snake Eyes? It turns out that several people have voiced their opinion on the Internet. In my opinion, I think Snake Eyes would win hands down. Snake Eyes is sane, but I think Dead Pool's madness w0uld prove to be a liability however his healing factor could make the battle long, but i think Snake Eyes' skills would prevail. Here is a fight I staged in Mugen.

It's been 25 years since I first heard of GI Joe. Yeah, I know, Hasbro claims the franchise goes back to the 12 inch dolls that was one guy and not a team. However I was 8 at the time the team concept started so I'll set my origin date that way. I liked all the characters, but Snake Eyes was my favorite. For a time, Snake Eyes was the most popular character because the the series focused on him and other Joe ninjas. I think he was also the most consistently depicted character across cartoons and comics: a highly skilled ninja, horrible physical scars, and voiceless due to the same accident that makes him hide his face.
