Grudge Match - John Stewart & Vixen vs Batman & Batgirl

Could Batman and Batgirl beat Vixen and the Green Lantern? I think they could because I know Batman already knows how to beat both of them if he ever had to fight them. However I decided to stage a fight in MUGEN to see what such a scenario could look like.

Grudge Match: Batman and Batgirl vs Cyclops and Jean Grey

Now that I have a version of Jean Grey that I really like, I wanted to see what would happen in MUGEN! Personally, I think if Scott and Jean hit them hard they would win!

Grudge Match - Cyclops and Emma Frost vs Batman and Batgirl

I think Cyclops and Emma would not be able to beat Batman and Batgirl.

Grudge Match: Batgirl vs Catwoman

I think that Catwoman could easily beat Batgirl. I decided to see if I can run a MUGEN scenario.

Grudge Match - Superman & Supergirl vs Batman & Batgirl

I wonder how would a fight between Superman and Batman might look like if they both brought along a protoje> Well thanks to MUGEN we can see some possibilities. I used Alucard' Batman to make this vido. Here is how it played out.

Would Batgirl really be able to beat Supergirl? I don't think so. But it would be fun to see her try.

Grudge Match: Batman & Batgirl vs Spider-man and Black Cat

Okay in a team battle, I think Spider-man and Black Cat would win in a spontaneous all-out fight. However if Batman has time to plan, I doubt that he and Batgirl would loose. I decided to see how it would play out in MUGEN.

Survive This: Batgirl

I wanted to see how it would be to take the Batgirl character for a test drive through MUGEN's survival mode. I had a great time. This is a great character. Here is the video.

CVG goes 5 for 5 on character releases and shows off a new WIP

We here at CVG United are very proud of our more comic oriented projects and due tend to focus on those at times. But our team members have other projects that they enjoy working on as well. And that is where Ultimate Guyver by CVG Admin comes in. This is a passion project for him and he is sure to make you take notice. But be wary of checking the readme for whatever AI suits you best, as he likes his characters strong.

Mugen: Batgirl Update 03-01-09

You may remember the post I made a couple of months ago for version of Batgirl in mugen. I have since found another version of the character. Unfortunately, it's not the Cassandra version. Unfortunately, this version is not complete. But it does have a slightly different look and has the capability to throw batarangs! That is fun, I've got to admit. Mole's version is a little bit further along in terms of the needed sprites. I'm looking to see more of these versions as they become more complete.

Mugen: Batgirl

Batgirl is an interesting character. She almost always appears in every Batman series at some point. In most incarnations, she is Barbara Gordon, Commissioner Gordon's daughter. In the movie Batman and Robin, she was Alfred's niece (one of the things that tanked that movie). I have enjoyed her depictions in animations (all of them) since 1990's Batman animated series. They did it right. I have no idea how they would write Batgirl into the current movies series because Gordon has a son not a daughter and his wife's name is Barbara. Anyway, in the current comic book continuity Barabara is in a wheel chair and not Batgirl anymore. Another young woman is Batgirl and her costume is definitely different with her whole face covered and all. I have as yet been able to find Batgirl for mugen with the original costume. I think that there is a version out there with the new costume but I can't find it, but I will include her in my chart anyway.

I don't have a video test because the version I have is nothing special. It has no special moves and is not particularly fun. I hope that there will be better versions of Batgirl released soon.
