Grudge Match: Green Arrow (Classic) vs Captain America

So what if Green Arrow faced the original Captain America? I doubt he'd ever have a chance at winning. Here is a scenario staged in MUGEN with both characters under AI control.

Grudge Match: Green Arrow (Classic) vs Captain America (Bucky)

What would happen if Green Arrow fought Bucky? I think ultimately Bucky would win because he would fight harder in my opinion. Here is a scenario in MUGEN.

Grudge Match: Batman (Alucard's) vs Green Arrow

I decided to see about staging a fight between ZVitor's Green Arrow and Alucard's Batman in a fight in MUGEN. These are two of the best characters for MUGEN. The fight is AI controlled.

Grudge Match: Batman (Spiderbat's) vs Green Arrow

If Batman threw down with Green Arrow, I think Batman would dominate. No question. No doubt. Batman has more training and better weapons...and more willing to do whatever it takes to win. I staged a fight in  MUGEN using Spiderbat's version of Batman and ZVitor's Green Arrow (AI control).

Grudge Match: Green Arrow vs Rorschach

Could Rorschach beat Green Arrow? I don't really think so. Not even close. Green Arrow is well-trained - better than Rorschach - and better weapons. I staged a fight in MUGEN - AI controlled.

Grudge Match: John Stewart vs Silver Surfer

Could John Stewart beat Silver Surfer? I think it would be possible. John Stewart can make and do just about whatever he can imagine. Thing is the same is true for the Silver Surfer. I think Stewart could pull this off if he hits the Surfer fast and hard enough. This is the version of John Stewart released through CVG United. The Silver Surfer was made be by WuCash and Isela. I like this fight.

MUGEN characters that have been developed in collaboration with ZVitor are awesome...plain and simple. Green Arrow is no different. These characters are fun to play with! I decided to see how long I could last in Survival mode and had a blast!

I have done multiple posts for Green Arrow in Mugen but with the release of ZVitor's classic version I thought that it would be best to post a list showing all the versions of the character in MUGEN.

It's tough to choose between the either version of ZVitor's version of Green Arrow because both are fun. The classic version (the last one on my list) is real interesting because it allows you to use trick arrows that affect other characters differently. I decided to see which version would win if pitted against one another

Mugen: Green Arrow

Green Arrow is a character that has experienced something of a renaissance. When I was child, I thought of him as a knockoff of Batman with trick arrows. But that is too harsh and unfair. The television shows, Justice League Unlimited and Smallville, really changed my opinion. He is more than what I thought. It's as Batman said at the end of the premier episode of Justice League Unlimited: he helps "keep them honest." He has no superpowers, but he is highly skilled and cares about doing the right thing. That is why he is a good hero and I'm glad he made it into mugen. I have found two different versions for Green Arrow.

The ZVitor version is much better than the previous one. I love how his best friends make cameos in win poses and his lady, Black Canary (where's her mugen charater...hint...hint) , comes in as a helper. It's fun to call her, but to be honest, the character is powerful enough and fun enough that help isn't really needed. This is a great character!
