I just found out that over at the Infinity Mugen Team that a new version of Wolverine has appeared. I've reviewed a previous version of the same character before however this one is updated and even more improved. This version of Wolverine allows the user to make Wolverine take off or put on his mask. This is what makes this version one of the most unique versions of Wolverine for Mugen. According the Infinity Mugen Team forum the character's sprites are by The Anvil with programming by Kong & Acey. Did I mention that this is probably the best site for mugen? You basically don't need any other, because you are always the first one to be up to date.
