Mugen: Quasar

There is a great Quasar available for MUGEN. This one is fun to use and I like the way it looks. If you have not downloaded it, you can get the latest version at

The developer is known as bdcirck. If you have not added this character to your MUGEN, I'd strongly suggest that you'd like it.
