Spider-man and Sandman have tossed it up many, many times over the years. Spider-man has won many times but he had to be slick to win. Here is a scenario in MUGEN.

    Sandman would totaly win if you think about it. all he needs to do is get spidey under hiself and sufocate him it would be so easy and theres nothing webs can do about that allthough Iron man could take them both solo
