I found a web site that has sample codes for Mugen Characters. Some of the actions include:

Flying
Homing Projectile
Long Jump
Meter Bar
Resurrection
Parry
Disperse/Perse/Particle Gathering Effect
Morph
Rotating Projectiles
V-ISM mode (SFA3)
Basic AI Programming
Dizzy Code
Damage Display
Mirror Warp

    Very interesting.
    I make it somme to enrich my favorite character
    that you know.
    Anyway I will send you an update, soon.
    I have already done a lot of codes
    in this list except "The Morph" (hard to do)
    and "The Mirror Warp",
    it falls very well your site
