Mugen: Android 17

Android 17 is a major character in the Dragonball Z storyline. He's powerful but really evil. I have only found one version of him for MUGEN and the character is really formidable. It is not in the capcom style so most of my other characters are larger than 17 but the way he appeared in the series at first he was technically smaller than the other characters too so that's not a real problem.
