Grudge Match - Solid Snake vs Batman

Both Batman and Snake are solid fighters. I think that in a real fight this would be tough to call. If I were to bet that if they went all out, Batman would win...eventually. I decided to stage a possible scenario in MUGEN.

IDIOT's guide to M.U.G.E.N.

I came across the following link  For anyone interested in making their own characters for MUGEN such advice is invaluable. Another important thing is that with any type of programming it's important to collect as many tips and tricks as possible. You never know what you will need or when you will need it. Thankfully, many folks of in the community of MUGEN developers - artists, spriters, and coders -  and players as well enjoy sharing their expertise and experiences.

Grudge Match - Yuusuke vs Guyver

Could Yuusuke manage to beat Guyver? Truth is I think Yuusuke could  beat Guyver because he has more battle experience and training. Here is a possible scenario in MUGEN.

Grudge Match: Yuusuke vs Kenshin Himura

I think in a real fight, Yuusuke can beat Kenshin, although I like Kenshin better. Yuusuke has supernatural powers and Kenshin does not. I staged a fight in MUGEN to visualize such a scenario.

Grudge Match - Yuusuke vs He-Man

Personally, If these two were really going to go all out, I think Yuusuke would win. I think Yuusuke's fighting skills are better than He-Man. I was so curious in what something like this might look like that I staged a fight in MUGEN

Grudge Match - Yuusuke vs Hiei

One of the best rivalries in Anime is Yuusuke's and Hiei's in Yu Yu Hakusho. I like the whole series. It's always fun to watch these two go out of it. Here is a scenario in MUGEN.

Grudge Match: Yuusuke vs Goku

Now here is a fight I would truly consider to be epic. I think that Goku would win because he powers that seem limitless. I like Yuusuke but he sure seems to die a lot. Technically, Goku has died a lot too but I think those were more epic. I decided to stage a scenario in MUGEN.

Comic Con 2010 Announcements: Spider-Man, Thor, & Marvel vs Capcom 3

I'm sure everyone who reads this blogs know that Comic Con 2010 is taking place in San Diego, California this weekend. While it is true that I cannot be there, a steady stream of information is coming out from a variety of sources. I'm trying to find everything I can get my hands on. I'm posting a lot of it on my Favorite Media blog in case you might be interested. The following is too good not to share!

Grudge Match - Hulk vs Mongul

Could Mongul beat the Hulk? I don't think so. But I did stage a battle in MUGEN to see how one might play out.

Grudge Match - Hulk vs Bane

I don't think that there is any way Bane could fight Hulk and even hope to win. I mean if you wanna discuss a  list of characters who could stand up to the Hulk it would be a real short list. Here is a possible scenario in MUGEN.

Grudge Match - Doctor Doom vs Batman

I would like to see Batman and Doctor Doom go at it. I think Batman could win. Unfortunately the folks at CBUB disagree with me on that. I'd still like to see it. I think Doom's overconfidence would be why he would loose. Here is a fight I staged in MUGEN.

Survive This: Red Skull

I decided to try out the Red Skull in Survival mode. The character is fun to use and I realize that the Red Skull could be thought of as simply a propaganda tool against the Nazis, but most definitely he is way more dangerous that that.

Grudge Match - Chris Redfield vs Deadpool

So what would happen if Chris Redfield tried to take down Deadpool? I had thought that I would have to wait for Marvel vs Capcom 3 to find out, but then I remembered that we could find out in MUGEN! In my opinion, Deadpool would wind handsdown. But in a fighting video game anything can happen and this is what could happen via MUGEN.

Survive This: Chris Redfield

I know Chris Redfield is in the Resident Evil series but I don't know much else about him - not really my genre. Thankfully, he is making the jump to fighting games in next year's Marvel Versus Capcom 3.  We don't have to wait until then to have a little fun given MUGEN. I tried out the MUGEN version in survival mode for some fun.
