Sakura is interesting as a character. Her moves reminds me of Ryu and Ken but she definitely has her own personality and it really comes out.

She is a fan of ryu, and according to the story, she copied most of her moves and mastered them from just watching ryu, and followed him all over the world asking him to be her master tho he never accepted because according to ryu, he still needed alot to learn himself
