In terms of basic power,I think Mr Fantastic and the Elongated Man are equal. In a knock down drag out fight, victory will go to the one who can out-think the other and has the best gadgets. Mr. Fantastic will win. In my opinion he wins because he is smarter and better equipped. Here is a video of a fight I staged in MUGEN.
