MUGEN: Quicksilver by ZVitor and JETthePhoenix

ZVitor teamed up with JETthePhoenix to create this verson of Quicksilver. I really like this! It's awesome to play with this character. They made it in such a way that we really get the chance to feel like using superspeed. You should really try this if you haven't already.

    it's not that great, it's basically a rip off of the otherwise interesting Flash character
