Mugen: Quicksilver

I have heard a rumor that there does exist a version of the son of Magneto in MUGEN. There is even a video of Quicksilver in action. However, I'm not sure who made it and I am also not sure when or if it will ever be released. If anyone has any information, please feel free to comment below. The video shows a great character and I hope the developer(s) will decide to share it soon.

    Hey! I don't know why,but Ido have this char in my rooster, I've playedwith it, and it's an edit ofa early Flash char, but's still cool :D

    this video seems to be a WIP of a sprite edit of DC's flash, that still look very far away form completion, however i have already done this several years ago and if there is anyone who would like it leave your e-mail address @ arkadyrossovitch.com.au, and i can send it to you
