Wolverine vs Deadpool! Truly one of the greatest rivalries in all fiction. I think what makes them so interesting is that aside that both of them are almost impossible to kill due to their healing factors, is the fact that Deadpool is insane and Wolverine can loose his cool to the point that he gives in to animalistic berserker rage.
